Hai-O Marketing

Tiap ari I wondering.. ada ker orang masuk my blog ni baca? ada ker orang tertanya-tanya bila tuan umah nak update blog? interesting ke blog ni? I dun think sooo!

Anyway, lama juga terbengkalai blog ini.. last time i checked, it was june. Ada dalam 5 bulan. Sbb nothing interesting to tell pun.. same story mory. pasal keja, akid, hubby.

Haaa.. ada progress terbaru juga pasal diriku ini.. last month cuba untuk mengubah nasib dan menjadilah saya sebagai salah seorang usahawan Hai-O.. Primary product is Bioaura tapi ada juga jual korset sbb pertukaran dengan partner lain. Dia nak Bioaura, dia tukar sama Premium Beautiful aka Black Beauty. Alhamdulillah progress tidak mengecewakan.. masuk bulan 10, bulan 11 dah abis all the 10 unit Bioaura/Black Beauty. Selling like hot cakes! Selling by installmentlah kan.. with colleagues and family only.

Bagaimana saya boleh terjebak dalam ini business? Asalnya saya juga very sceptical with multilevel buss. ni.. previous venture were Luxor and DCL. Tapi tak menjadi sbb too many products and marketing plan yang serabut. And masa tu not really looking for extra income sbb bujang kan.. gaji was more than enuf to support me and my leisure.

Now sudah ada family and the need for hidup selesa dan senang tu tetap ada. Buat loan, apply credit cards and so onlah to maintain the same lifestyle. Pinjam ngn bapak pun ada! Last-last penuh hutang keliling! Serabutnya Allah je tahu..

Then dalam bulan March ada my opismate citer about Hai-O nih.. ribu riban gedebuk gedebik semua yang manariklah die citer. Dengan senyuman dan lawak jenaka kindly rejected the idea. Sbb kena buat loan lagi.. Loan yang ada pun belum berbayar lagi sayang oii, dalam hati menjerit.

Raya menjelang.. balik kampung husband di Kota Bahru.. di rumah kakak ipar ada tong Bioaura. Masakan dan minumam semuanya dari tong itu. Terasa lebih sedap dari biasa dan paling ketara masalah sembelitku hilang. Lancar seperti LRT jadinya. I memang ada masalah pelawasan since 1994. Orang lain tiap-tiap ari membuang, me once in a week! Pastu seram sbb surely keras and painful with fresh blood. Tis tis tisss...

Sorrylah kalu ngeri tapi itulah reality to some people with same problem.

After raya, bergegas ku berjumpa opismate ku itu.. mengofferkan diri untuk be a partner in Hai-O. Buat loan besar untuk tutup segala hutang yang lama dan mula hidup baru.. Nasib kita takkan berubah sekiranya kita sendiri tidak berubah.. I read that somewhere but cannot recall where.

Berjumpalah ku and hubby with few uplines di Damansara Damai.. Senyuman manis mekar menyambut kedatangan kami.. heheh! Then slowly and thorougly she explained the marketing plan.. to us it is very simple and we can understand right that moment. Terus ku pass all the documents needed and in a week, loan approved. For Hai-O RM20800 and the rest of the loan approved is to settle all my outstanding debts.

By October 2009, I am officially an entrepreneur for Hai-O.. and by the end of October all the 10 units sold out! Alhamdulillah..!

For those yang sama senasib dgn i, banyak hutang, penat pikir mana na cari duit, na maintain same lifesyle, why not buat business ni? Product berjenama semua orang tahu, tak perlu bercerita banyak. Those yang rasa "Isk mahalnya nak jadi dealer! Tak beranilah nak buat loan", itu kita kena jumpa.. We can tell you how to cover your loan back in 2 years and at the same time achieve your goal to be richer and free. We will move as a team.. contoh cam myself, barang-barang yang laku tu atas usaha my upline yang buat marketing juga. When my Bioaura dah licin, I will not top-up my barang.. I will help you to sell your barang on your behalf if there's a request from my friends. Kita maju sama-sama, berjaya sama-sama!

I guess that all for me today.. penat juga today pegi stokis at Batu Caves tukar size korset. Tapi hasilnya berbaloi baloi since it selling at RM2400! People buy because it is a quality product and proven beneficial. Do goggle online to know more about the products; Bioaura and Premium Beautiful


Jumpa Anda Di Puncak Kejayaan!

Aaaahh.. It's been a while since the last time i write something here. Bukan apa, tader nice story to tell.. Yesterday we had the celebration of UNISEL's 10th years. Everybody was wearing the new corporate shirt orange in colour. Looked nice and neat. At 9.15am Menteri Besar Selangor arrived.. very punctual. Aku sampai kul 9.10am, haha nasib baik!

Yang paling menarik was the pantomin and poem citation by the students. Very the proud I was with their show. I thought I would die of boredom. Clap clap!

Pastu lunch lambat sampai.. sbb we finished early! 1 hour ahead. Dahler panas, ngn baju kemeja oren long sleeve.. makanya once nmpak caterer buh lauk, berlari2 lah mak2 budak dan bapak2 budak que for food.. skali sudu tader! Bising la apalagi.. sian plak caterer tu. Muka bengang jer.. jgn marah bang, nnti finance tanak bayar kang..

Petang, on the same day.. suprise birthday party for dean plak.. perut kenyang lagi with earlier nasi minyak ni.. tp rugi kalu tak join! Ada sate, laksa, mee hoon, kek 3 biji all by secret recipe (rugiler tak makan kan?) dan macam-macam lg.. terduduk jugaklah kekenyangan. Dan pening.. too many minyak in system.. adoii

Kenyang sampai ke malam.

Today, jeng jenggg... oleh kerana agak phobia dgn kekenyangan smlm, aku skip taking nasi for lunch. Bring roti to work cicah with white coffee. Taking nasi everyday mmg naik badan lah.. isk iskk, kena be careful bout this.. Tau-tau, dah tak muat sluar! Adoii..

TONKA Push to Walk

Bought Akid toys.. Kesian dia didn't have any proper toys to play with. Asyik plastik dan kotak jer. But actually those are his favourites. Pernah bought him soft toys but smua campak keluar his playpen. Tu yang dah malas na bli dia toys. Lagi satu his favourite, push walker from outside. Asik na tersembam jer sbb laju. It's time for more advance gadget. Must find push to walk. Ada jugak cari second hand in blogs and websites, tp mostly dah sold out.. frust jer. So last saturday we went to Toy'R'us.. cari push to walk for him. After evaluations, have selected "Playskool Tonka Scoop 'N Scoot 3-in-1 Ride" dan one more unlisted purple gadget. Tak puasa mata aritu, huhuhuhu! Price is affordable (awal bulan, standard!) and I guess that's the best choice from all the displays. Terbang duit mummy daddy.. takperlah, dah boring, simpan for brother sisters plak yer Akid!

Akid Fakhrullah

My son is 10 months now.. Ayooohh, very challenging! Everytime sees me, always want to lompat2 and crawl around! With his daddy, different story. Change to angel boy, baring and relax by daddy's side, no ronta-ronta want to go elsewhere.. and the daddy senyum bangga!

His hair so bushy now.. To cut, later not handsome.. not to cut, hot hot spicy. His hair every 4 months will grow to be harvest. Maybe weekend go harvest his hair. At mamak salon.

As for myself, today is at office, wasting time again.. Tomorrow different story. Suai kenal with new students in the morning, Sukaneka in the afternoon. Yes, busy with fun.

Weekend

It's 5.10 pm.. Hamdan baru balik from work. Lega sket sbb he can take care of Akid onwards.. Yang tak acinya tu, Akid ni bila with his daddy bukan main good boy lagi.. baring sebelah tengok tv tader nak golek2 nak merangkak. Kalau ngan mummynya, eiii.. melompat sana melompat sini, panjat sana panjat sini! Mummy na mandi pun takleh.


Dilemma : We planned to buy a house. Just recently paid deposit RM100 for a townhouse endlot.. Price quite expensive, commented by friends.. Baik double storey with that price. Ntahlah.. tu yang aku kata dalam dilemma ni.. kalau double storey, lagi mahal! Takut sangkut plak monthly.. Townhouse pun umah jugak kan? Ble laa.. (na sedapkan ati). Sebab bila dipikir2, kalau aku tunggu punya tunggu sampai duit cukup, pricing properties makin naik dan naik lagi naik.. last2 sama jer dgn income aku yg da tinggi masa tu dgn properties yang jugak tinggi! Tu pun belum tentu naik gaji! So I think better buy nowla kan? Pastu kalu ada rezeki akan datang, ble beli umah double storey plak.. umah townhouse ble disewakan pada students UiTM Puncak Alam ni.

Ceh, angan-angan!

Petang ni ingat nak gi jenjalan tapi belum tau kemana.. nak gi KL, surely packed pastu msti banyak duit abis.. Duit mcm air je flowing.. tau-tau dalam purse tinggal syilings! Uwaa

Akid dah tido.. senangnya tido bila daddynya balik..

Boring boringg..

Today is Friday.. Fakulti kosong.. most of the lecturers on leave since it is semester break.. no students to entertain, no class to lecture.. Gumbira! Gumbira! tp.. to certain point jadi boring plak tader keja.. datang wat abis minyak keta, wat bazir lektrik opis.. lose-lose situation. Apalaa.. aku dah bagi da cadangan suh takyah datang kalau tader keja.. kita pun jimat, opis pun jimat.. tp mau juga ikut sistem punch card, ol school! Bila tah nak maju.. dan.. itulah juga punca asal-usul kelahiran blog ini.. untuk mengisi masa lapang ku datang keja pada musim cuti ini! dan selepas tengok mmber aku pun ada blog. Mana boleyy!
